Ausschnitt aus einer 3-st\u00fcndigen Pranayama Sitzung. Sukadev leitet dich an zu: 3 Runden Kapalabhati. Dann folgen 30 Minuten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-vidya.de\/de\/asana\/wechselatmung.html\" target=\"_blank\">Wechselatmung<\/a> mit den 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.yoga-vidya.de\/Drei_Bandhas\" target=\"_blank\">Bandhas<\/a>: 4 Runden Samanu (eine halbe Runde pro Bija Mantra), Rhythmus ca. 5:20:10. Danach folgen weitere Runden Wechselatmung mit den Moksha Mantras: Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha, Om Sharavanabhavaya Namaha, Om Aim Saraswatyai Namaha, Om Namo Bhagavate Sivanandaya, weitere bis zum Gayatri Mantra. Dann folgen 2 Runden Bhastrika.
